This End User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you and SAPIRO for the use of the SAPIRO application.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the SAPIRO application, you agree to be bound by these terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.

2. License Grant

SAPIRO grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the application on your Apple devices in accordance with the App Store usage rules. This license does not allow you to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or rent the application.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to: (a) copy or modify the application; (b) attempt to decompile or reverse engineer the application; (c) remove any copyright or proprietary notices; (d) transfer the application to another person; (e) use the application in any unlawful or unauthorized manner.

4. Intellectual Property

The application, including all intellectual property rights therein, is and remains the property of SAPIRO. These terms do not grant you any intellectual property rights in the application.

5. Application Content

SAPIRO is an educational application offering general knowledge quizzes. The content is provided for informational and educational purposes. We strive to ensure the accuracy of the information but do not guarantee that it is error-free.

6. Updates

SAPIRO may release updates to the application. These updates may be required to continue using the application and are subject to these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SAPIRO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the application.

8. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the application.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.

11. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

SAPIRO offers optional premium subscriptions that unlock additional features.

Available Plans

  • Monthly Subscription: $1.99 per month
  • Annual Subscription: $19.99 per year
  • Lifetime Purchase: $39.99 (one-time payment)

Billing Terms

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account (for iOS) or Google Play account (for Android) upon confirmation of purchase.

Automatic Renewal

Monthly and annual subscriptions automatically renew. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the current subscription rate.

Cancellation

You can cancel automatic renewal at any time, at least 24 hours before the end of the current period:

  • On iOS: Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions
  • On Android: Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. You will retain access to premium features until that date.

Lifetime Purchase

The "Lifetime" option is a one-time purchase (not a subscription) that provides permanent access to all premium features, with no renewal or additional fees.

Free Trial

Any unused portion of a free trial period (if offered) will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription.
